Army veteran George Marquez never imagined photography would become his lifeline. After losing his daughter, Manuela in 2023, unexpectedly at the age of 34, he was overwhelmed with grief. Searching for solace, George turned to photography to process his pain and preserve the love he saw in the world around him.
